The operator processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, the Act on the Processing of Personal Data and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data and on Amendments to Certain Acts, as amended.

2. Purpose of processing personal data

We process your personal data mainly for the purpose of:
– fulfilling the contractual relationship;
– processing the order and delivering the goods;
– communicating about the order;
– keeping accounts (invoices);
– handling complaints;
– fulfilling legal obligations;
– fulfilling other legal obligations.

3. What data do we process?

We only process the data that you provide to us when ordering, most often:
– identification and address data: e.g. name, surname, delivery or other contact address, collection point address, registered office, company ID, VAT number;

– other personal data: typically data provided by customers in the order form or in other documents and when communicating with us, including later updates.

And also data that we automatically obtain based on the fact that you browse our websites. Most often, this is electronic data:

– http and https response code;
– transmitted data groups;
– information about the browser and operating system of the computer.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your data on the basis of:
– performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) – i.e. processing the order;
– compliance with a legal obligation (accounting, tax regulations);
– legitimate interest (e.g. communication with the customer, handling a complaint).

The processing of personal data for the purposes of fulfilling the contractual relationship, accounting and tax purposes and fulfilling other legal obligations are legal or contractual requirements. If you plan to place an order through our website, you are obliged to provide us with your personal data for these purposes.

9. Is data about children also processed?

Our websites are not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal data. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data about children under the age of 16, we will take steps to delete this data as quickly as possible, except where we are required to retain it by applicable law.

We take care of the security of your data – it is protected against misuse, unauthorized access or loss. The website and email are secured with standard technical and organizational measures.
