The controller processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council – the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection, as amended.

2. Purpose of processing personal data

We process your personal data mainly for the following purposes:
– fulfilling the contractual relationship;
– processing the order and delivering the goods;
– communicating about the order;
– keeping accounts (invoices);
– handling complaints;
– compliance with legal obligations.

3. What data do we process?

We process only the personal data that you provide to us when placing an order or communicating with us, in particular:
– identification and address details: name, surname, billing address, delivery address, and, where applicable, business name, registered address, company ID and VAT ID;
– contact details: e-mail address and telephone number;
– order-related data: ordered goods, order history, data necessary for payment, delivery, invoicing and handling complaints;
– any other data that you voluntarily provide to us when placing an order by e-mail or during further communication with us.

When visiting our website, standard server logs may be processed for technical and security reasons, in particular IP address, date and time of access, visited page, HTTP/HTTPS response, browser type and operating system. We do not use this data for marketing profiling or visitor tracking.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your data on the basis of:
– performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) – i.e. processing the order;
– compliance with a legal obligation (accounting, tax regulations);
– legitimate interest (e.g. communication with the customer, handling a complaint).

The processing of personal data for the purposes of fulfilling the contractual relationship, accounting and tax purposes and compliance with other legal obligations is a legal or contractual requirement. If you plan to place an order with us, you are required to provide us with your personal data for these purposes.

5. Data retention period

We store personal data:
– for the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and us and to assert claims arising from these contractual relationships (5 years);
– for the period necessary to fulfill a legal obligation (accounting documents 5 years, tax documents 10 years);
– or for the period specified by law.

6. To whom we disclose data

We may share your personal data, to the necessary extent, with:
– carriers or postal service providers;
– accounting and tax service providers;
– IT and hosting service providers;
– the bank when processing a payment;
– public authorities, where required by law.

We do not provide personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

7. How is personal data processed?

Personal data is processed both manually and automatically. We keep proper records of all processing activities in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Your rights

In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the following rights:
– the right of access to personal data;
– the right to rectification of inaccurate personal data and completion of incomplete personal data;
– the right to erasure of personal data, if the legal conditions are met;
– the right to restriction of processing of personal data;
– the right to data portability;
– the right to object to the processing of personal data;
– the right to withdraw consent, if personal data is processed on the basis of consent.

9. Do we also process data about children?

Our websites are not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal data. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data about children under the age of 16, we will take steps to delete this data as quickly as possible, except where we are required to retain it by applicable law.

10. Data security

We ensure the security of your data – it is protected against misuse, unauthorized access or loss. The website and e-mail communication are secured by standard technical and organizational measures.

11. Cookies

We do not use analytical or marketing cookies on the public part of our website, and we do not use visitor tracking tools.

If only strictly necessary technical cookies are used, they serve exclusively to ensure the proper functioning of the website and are not used for marketing purposes or visitor profiling.

These principles are valid from 18 June 2026.

Legal regulations, our business activities or the way we process personal data may change. If we update these principles, the new version will be published on our website.
